Vancouver, BC – Ethos CPA LLP (Ethos) is pleased to welcome Lilly Chen, CPA, CGA to the partnership effective August 1, 2021. Lilly will be merging her Burnaby-based practice, Lilly C.P. Chen CPA, into Ethos. We have combined our offices and are in the midst of relocating to our Burnaby office located on 603 – 4538 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4T9.

About Lilly Chen, CPA, CGA

For more than 30 years, Lilly Chen has advised clients with respect to accounting as well as individual and corporate tax matters.  A pioneer within the Mandarin speaking accounting industry in Canada, Chen established her accounting firm in the early 1990s.  Since then, Lilly’s firm has advised thousands of clients on accounting and tax matters; provided compilation and review services to numerous clients; represented numerous individual and corporate clients in CRA tax audits; audited the financial statements of a number of not-for-profit organizations; as well as assist clients in a host of other accounting and tax matters.  Lilly Chen frequently appears as a guest expert on TV and radios. She has written numerous books on personal and corporate income tax matters in Canada.  The Globe and Mail: Report on Business Magazine featured Chen on the cover of its November 1996 issue.  Chen received her bachelor’s degree from National Taiwan University – Taiwan’s top university.  After moving to Canada, Chen obtained a master’s degree in finance from the University of British Columbia.  In addition to being a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chen is also a Certified Financial Planner and a devout Christian.
