He has extensive experience leading audits under IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB standards, and Canadian GASS, supporting issuers listed on TSX, TSX-V, CSE, NYSE, Nasdaq, and OTC markets.
With additional experience as a CFO and fractional CFO for several public companies, Eason brings practical insight into governance, financial reporting, operational decision-making, and investor expectations. His blend of technical depth and real-world finance leadership enables him to deliver assurance services that are rigorous, pragmatic, and value-focused.

Business Experience
Eason is an Assurance Partner at Lixin & Ethos CPAs with over 20 years of experience in public accounting, capital markets, and senior finance leadership across Canada and the United States.
He began his audit career with a Big Four firm in Vancouver, where he progressed to Manager, and later served as a Senior Manager on the assurance and national technical accounting team at a major Canadian accounting firm before moving into the industry and executive finance roles.
